Human interest story
US Airways Flight 1549 is a regularly scheduled (since 2005) daily two-leg commercial passenger flight operating from LaGuardia Airport in New York City to Charlotte/Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport servicing Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. The first leg of this flight on January 15, 2009, ended about six minutes after takeoff in a forced ditching made in the Hudson River at about 3:32 pm. While climbing through an altitude of 3,200 feet about two minutes after takeoff, the crew reported by radio to New York Terminal Radar Approach Control that their twin-jet Airbus A320 had been struck by birds in both engines resulting in bilateral compressor stalls and partial or complete loss of thrust in both powerplants. All on board survived the accident.
parachute
My mom, dad, stepdad, stepmom, stepbrother, grandma, and grandpa have all packed my parachute at one point in my life. My stepbrother has probably been the most important person to have packed it.
When he was in high school he wasnt exactly a model student. he didnt make very good grades and was always gettin in trouble. he was just an all around bad kid. but after he joined the air force something changed and he has become a very good man. and because of what the air force did for him i can only imagine what it will do for me. by him changing how he was he packed my parachute.

Thanksgiving
My family eats all sorts of food. We eat turkey, ham, rolls, stuffing, and sometimes when we go to my grandma's house we eat enchiladas.
